talentpeople is a company of the Ergalis group
The Ergalis Group (and all its brands) is a temporary employment and recruitment company.

As part of its activities, and in particular its websites, Talentpeople collects and processes personal information about you for at least one of the following reasons: by legal obligation, or (pre-)contractual necessity, or legitimate interest, or based on your positive, informed, prior and explicit consent. Talentpeople respects and protects the privacy of all persons whose data it processes. Talentpeople ensures that all information collected is considered and used as strictly confidential information. No personal information is collected without the knowledge of the person, nor passed on to third parties. Only persons authorized by Talentpeople and third parties authorized by law or by contract to have access to it (such as Talentpeople customers) will be able to access your data for the purpose of examining your application for job offers which are entrusted to Talentpeople by its customers.

This policy aims to detail how Talentpeople and its subcontractors collect and process your data within the regulatory framework in force. This policy is called upon to be updated regularly to incorporate changes in regulations. We therefore recommend that you consult this page regularly. 

 

  1. Compliance with regulations

Talentpeople undertakes to comply with the regulations in force applicable to the processing of personal data and in particular the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, rights, and freedoms, as well as the 2016 EU regulation / 679 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (known as the “General Data Protection Regulation”: GDPR).

Talentpeople undertakes to respect the general principles below, applied in all the processing of personal data carried out on its behalf.

 

  1. Proportionality and minimization of personal data

The personal data collected are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which these data are processed. For information, the user is not required to provide personal information to perform a simple job search. However, this information allows Talentpeople to contact the user if an offer corresponds to his profile. The data collected is intended exclusively for Talentpeople, as data controller, and client companies interested in the user’s profile. The information required for the management of the file is preceded by the mention * (the others are optional and of no consequence for the examination of the file).

 

  1. Lawfulness, fairness and transparency of collection and processing

Talentpeople processes personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner with regard to the data subject. The user acknowledges being informed and expressly consents to Talentpeople processing the personal data thus collected to meet the following purposes:

• Application management

• Recruitment management

• HR management of staff (temporary and permanent)

• Training management

• Customer and prospect management

 

For the purposes specified above, Talentpeople may process the following categories of data:

• Identification data

• Personal life

• Professional life

• Connection data

The user is informed that the supervisory authority in France for data processing is the “Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés” (www.cnil.fr).

 

  1. Data security

Talentpeople has put in place, from a technical and organizational point of view, appropriate measures designed to protect the user’s personal data against any accidental loss or any unauthorized access, use, alteration or dissemination, and in particular filtering and control of its computer network.

Talentpeople is only bound by an obligation of means. Despite these measures, the Internet remains an open system and cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat the measures in question or use your personal data for illegitimate purposes. In any event, in the event of a personal data breach, Talentpeople will comply with the regulations in force applicable in this case; and undertakes in particular to notify the CNIL and to inform any person concerned in the event of a personal data breach presenting a high risk for the data subjects.

Talentpeople also exercises reinforced control over its subcontractors. If certain services or processing are outsourced, Talentpeople undertakes that the subcontractors present sufficient guarantees as to the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of the data meets the requirements of the applicable regulations and guarantees the rights of the user.

Furthermore, in the event of a transfer of personal data, either to a subcontractor or within Talentpeople companies, Talentpeople ensures the necessary measures so that the data thus transferred are protected in terms of their security, integrity and confidentiality, and undertakes to comply with the regulations in force relating to data transfers.

 

  1. Respect for the rights of the data subject

In accordance with the regulations in force on the protection of personal data, the user has a right of access, portability, rectification, and deletion of data concerning him as well as, where applicable, a right of limitation and opposition to the processing of their data.

He may at any time object free of charge and without cause to the sending of advertising messages.

You can at any time review, correct, update, or modify the information relating to your online account profile. All you have to do is to connect to your Talentpeople user account and go to “your personal space” section.

Talentpeople also undertakes to respect the right to data portability. As such, Talentpeople undertakes, at the request of a user, to deliver to the latter or to another data controller that the user indicates, the user’s personal data, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

 

6. Respect for the rights of the data subject

Each application file recorded on the talentpeople.net / talentpeople.eu site is kept for a period of 24 months following the last registration or the last modification by the user. After a period of 24 consecutive months without updating the application file, it will be deleted. However, the candidate will have the possibility of submitting a new file by clicking on talentpeople.net / talentpeople.eu site’s link “to identify himself”.
